Your answers live in your dashboard, grouped into projects so related questions build on one another. Each new question you ask in a project deepens its market memory.
Delete a single answer from your dashboard, or your whole account from settings. Deleting your account removes your answers, market memory and run history.
Check spam and promotions first, then use the open-my-inbox button on the confirmation screen, it filters straight to our email. Links expire after a short while, so request a fresh one if you waited. And make sure you are checking the same address you typed.
Give it a moment and refresh once, the unlock can take a few seconds to land. Still locked? Email support@verdai.pro from the address you paid with and we will put it right quickly. You will never lose a paid run.
Some sources respond slowly, and we wait for the data rather than cut it. If a run clearly is not finishing, email support@verdai.pro with the question you asked and when you ran it. If a paid run ever fails to deliver, we make it right.
After your first paid answer, you can switch to $29 a month: unlimited answers, weekly market monitoring, and market memory that sharpens every run.
On a subscription, VERD AI re-checks your market every week and emails you only when something meaningful has changed. No email means we checked and nothing moved.
Market memory is VERD AI's growing picture of your specific market, the words your users use, the complaints they post. It is private to you, sharpens every answer, and stays yours even if you cancel.
Choose weekly or monthly alerts, or turn them off, in settings. By default they are on and weekly.
Cancel anytime in settings. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then you move to pay-per-run automatically. Your market memory stays.
